The SW

Located in the heart of West Los Angeles’ newly dubbed Japantown, The SW’s architectural design complements the heritage of the area with a contemporary Asian theme. Enjoy walking through neighborhood boutique shops, and noshing on delicious multicultural fare.The building’s rooftop deck with a dipping pool, resident lounge, fitness center and courtyard round out the project’s amenities. Built in 2019, the SW was the first building to be completed under the City of Los Angeles Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) ordnance.
